Whenever you give your center to God and claim, “Here I am Lord,” it focuses your brain like a beam of mild for God.

Once we come nearer to the mystical Center of Christ, we come nearer to the Center of God. By putting away all judgment, and permitting that easy and serene state of mind, we go beyond that world. This is a state of mind that’s above the battlefield and has accepted Christ within.

You can find forget about phrases to say, just quiet listening to the Track of Heaven.

Just do this: Be still, and lay away all feelings of that which you are and what God is; all methods you have learned about the entire world; all pictures you maintain about yourself. ²Clear the mind of every thing it feels is sometimes correct or false, or excellent or bad, of each and every believed it judges valuable, and all of the a few ideas which it is ashamed. ³Keep nothing. ⁴Do not bring with you one thought days gone by has taught, or one belief you ever realized before from anything. ⁵Forget this world, overlook this course, and have fully empty fingers unto your God. (ACIM, W-189.7:1-5)
